DIG!LAB is a community to promote DX within the Nichirei Group. A portal site, launched in 2022 as one of its activities, serves as a venue where enthusiastic members can gather and mutually support each other to advance the Group's DX efforts.

On the DIG!LAB website, employees can learn about useful functions in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and other tips that can be immediately applied to work, as well as ask for advice on digital matters.
DIG!LAB Seminars
DIG!LAB holds in-house seminars for employees about once a month. Inviting outside lecturers, we aim to help employees acquire digital literacy and foster a mindset of working on DX. DIG!LAB also offers a wide variety of learning opportunities that go beyond the boundaries of “digital,” such as artistic thinking and graphic recording.
Sharing case studies
To further promote DX in the Group, we create articles on case studies of digital utilization implemented by the various companies and departments of the Group and share them on the DIG!LAB website. The specific and realistic articles—which show different approaches to the challenges faced in using digital technology—are also places to get hints for DX.
Nichirei Foods Yamagata Factory successfully introduced RPA by using DIG!LAB Camp to obtain case studies from other companies and advice on implementation.
DIG!LAB Camp
The DIG!LAB Camp is a venue for particularly motivated members to participate in DIG!LAB activities. In addition to exchanging information and consulting other members, the participants also practice advanced in-house initiatives such as the test use of new tools.
DIG!LAB Community
The Nichirei Group will further enhance the content of DIG!LAB as a place to spur employee motivation and interest in digital technology and to circulate DX activities throughout the group.
