Based on the understanding that the most crucial factor is people, we encourage DX education for all employees and focus on developing leaders who will lead the Group’s DX initiatives.

Providing DX Education Opportunities

All employees will acquire standard digital knowledge and skills through training and lectures.

Our DX training program offers a three-step approach based on level: DX Bronze, DX Silver, and DX Gold. We select Digital Leaders from among those employees who have taken the higher-level programs as the people who will lead our DX efforts. Digital Leaders will play a vital role in our future DX activities, aiming to solve current business issues with digital solutions.

Learning about DX

Learning about DX
At the DX Bronze level, employees should be able to correctly recognize and understand the necessity and importance of digitalization. It is a basic level in which they acquire the digital literacy essential for business operations. Regular employees of the Nichirei Group in Japan are gradually taking the training, and we plan to complete it via e-learning by the end of FY24.

Applying DX

Applying DX
At the DX Silver level, employees will be able to apply data and digital technology to their actual work and business. This program is provided as workshops for those employees who have completed the DX Bronze level and wish to participate in the next level.

Implementing DX

Implementing DX
The DX Gold level is the highest level, and is designed to enable employees to take such concrete actions as planning and verification to apply data and digital technology to operations and business. We will support the employees who have finished the DX Gold training in their efforts to manage projects and propose improvements to the organization from a company-wide perspective.
