| We started our real estate division with the primary goal of making effective use of Nichirei - owned properties. With consideration for the location, surroundings, and social conditions affecting each of our properties throughout the country, we launched our own projects - tailored to each location - and saw them through to completion. Our use of land in Chiba City as a model housing display site is an example of how we have been offering urban space with fresh value, in line with the development and/or redevelopment of local communities. |
